Η έκθεση The Art of Social Media 2025 ξεκινάει από το Ηράκλειο
Η The Art of Social Media 2025, για 6η χρονιά η διεθνής έκθεση φωτογραφίας που ενώνει την τέχνη με τη δύναμη των κοινωνικών μέσων, ξεκινάει δυναμικά από το Ηράκλειο Κρήτης, για να προσφέρει μια μοναδική εμπειρία έμπνευσης, δημιουργικότητας και συμμετοχής στο κοινό.
Η έκθεση, η οποία τελεί υπό την αιγίδα του Υπουργείου Πολιτισμού και Αθλητισμού και διοργανώνεται από την The Art σε συνδιοργάνωση με την Περιφέρεια Κρήτης, θα φιλοξενηθεί στο Βιβλιοπωλείο της Βικελαίας Δημοτικής Βιβλιοθήκης (κτίριο Αχτάρικα) στην καρδιά του Ηρακλείου.
Η The Art of Social Media αποτελεί πλέον θεσμό, φιλοξενώντας κάθε χρόνο τις 100 καλύτερες φωτογραφίες του Διεθνούς Διαγωνισμού σε 10 κατηγορίες. Οι συμμετοχές προέρχονται από κάθε γωνιά του κόσμου, προσφέροντας ένα πολυπολιτισμικό μωσαϊκό καλλιτεχνικής έκφρασης που γεννιέται μέσα από την καθημερινότητα των κοινωνικών μέσων.
Το κοινό έχει τη δυνατότητα να ψηφίσει την αγαπημένη του φωτογραφία, σκανάροντας τα ειδικά QR Codes που υπάρχουν σε κάθε κάδρο, συμβάλλοντας έτσι στη διαμόρφωση του Βραβείου Κοινού 2025.
Η φετινή έκθεση τελεί επίσης υπό την αιγίδα της Ελληνικής Φωτογραφικής Εταιρείας (ΕΦΕ) και έχει ως χορηγό επικοινωνίας την ΕΡΤ Ηρακλείου, για τέταρτη συνεχή χρονιά.
Επόμενοι σταθμοί της έκθεσης για το 2025: Λεμεσός: 10-12 Οκτωβρίου 2025, Αθήνα: 21-23 Νοεμβρίου 2025 και Πράγα: 2-3 Δεκεμβρίου 2025.

The exhibition The Art of Social Media 2025 kicks off from Heraklion
The highly anticipated The Art of Social Media 2025, the international photography exhibition that merges art with the power of social media, returns for its 6th consecutive year-kicking off in Heraklion, Crete-with a dynamic showcase designed to inspire, engage, and celebrate creativity.
The Art of Social Media 2025 exhibition, held under the auspices of the Hellenic Ministry of Culture and Sports and organized by The Art in collaboration with the Region of Crete, will be hosted at the Bookstore of the Vikelaia Municipal Library (Achtarika Building), right in the heart of Heraklion.
Now in its sixth consecutive year, The Art of Social Media has become a landmark international event, showcasing the top 100 photographs from its global competition across 10 creative categories. With entries submitted from around the world, the exhibition presents a multicultural mosaic of visual storytelling born from the everyday world of social media.
Visitors are invited to vote for their favorite photo by scanning the QR codes displayed on each frame, contributing to the selection of the People’s Choice Award 2025.
This year’s edition is also held under the patronage of the Hellenic Photographic Society (EFE) and proudly features ERT Heraklion as its official media sponsor for the fourth year in a row.
Next stops of the exhibition in 2025: Limassol: October 10–12 Athens: November 21-23. One surprise destination to be revealed during the Heraklion opening!
